My native place is Nanded, Maharashtra but I've been living in Hyderabad for 6 years now. The things I know/observed about Telugu's.
- When Telugu's make friends, they make it for life. They will not care even if it's midnight and someone needs help, they'll come to the rescue. *Experienced.
- There are three main types of Telugu phonetics. One bearing the Coastal Andhra accent, second is the Rayalaseema accent and third the Telangana accent. There is always a rift among these three :P
- Telugu’s weddings treat to eyes, too lavish. Awesome food, amazing people.
- Spicy food - beat them. They eat spices a lot, a lot. I doubt anyone else could even dare to eat the Andhra chicken.
- When outsiders crave for Paradise biryani, they’ll take you to Shadab or Shah Ghouse and serve you with even more sumptuous biryani.
- They are very proud of their language, they politely flaunt that the Telugu Language is 2400 Years Old!!
- Every other guy bearing from Andhrapradesh or Telangana is settled somewhere in California or New Jersey.
- When we talk about Telugu’s we think about Idli, Wada, dosa, biryani, etc. But trust me there are lots of other cuisines Telugu's crave for.
- Extremely religious, no one can stop Telugu from worshiping at temples on Mondays and at churches on Sundays.
- They’re die-hard fans of Chiranjeevi, Allu Arjun, Prabhas, Naani, Pawan Kalyan and Nandamuri Balakrishna. They are too affectionate towards the Tollywood and they love their actors.
- They’re very proud of Baahubali’s success but no one can take away Magadheera from their hearts.
- Aaruku, Vizag beaches, Srisailam, Tirupati, Birla Temple, Charminar, Falaknuma are their prides.
- Two souls, Andhra and Telangana, one heart - Hyderabad.
